We’re seeking a dependable HVAC Preventive Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections, cleaning, and servicing of heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate will ensure all equipment runs efficiently, identify potential issues before they become major problems, and deliver top-quality service to our residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Inspect, clean, and replace filters, belts, and other components.
- Test system performance and calibrate controls as needed.
- Identify and report potential repair needs or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports.
- Provide excellent customer communication and service.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
- Technical training or HVAC certification preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
